Deadlines and general guidelines

After last year’s great success, this year’s Science Festival will take place partly online and also on site.

🧪 What do you need to know about participating?

  • You must prepare your project according to the schedule. On 12 January 2026, the day of the Science Festival, you (or your group) will present your project in the Salle Polyvalente.
  • There, you will show your work, research, experiments and data, and present your conclusions. An audience will attend the event.
  • You will have a maximum of 8 minutes to present your project. You may include experiments and/or a PowerPoint presentation.
  • Your presentation (maximum 8 minutes) will be recorded. The video will be uploaded to an internal page accessible only to the science, biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics teachers of our school.
  • Each student will have one week to watch as many projects as they wish.  The videos will be available during science, biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics lessons, from 13 to 19 January.
  • The audience and the jury may ask you questions, and your answers will be part of the evaluation.
  • The jury will award points based on the ESSS criteria.
  • The winner will be announced on 20 January. There will be valuable prizes to win!

🔬 Four types of projects are accepted:
