This guide is designed to introduce newly appointed or recruited educational staff to the European Schools system by presenting its main features. It includes recent developments in pedagogical areas such as educational support and inclusive education, the embedding of the eight key competences, and the unique aspects of our language policy, among others.

While it is accessible to the public, its main focus is on the teaching staff of the European Schools.
