Withdrawal
Your child leaves the European School Brussels 1?
Please inform the school of your child’s departure two weeks before the effective departure date.
To report the departure, please contact the enrolment service of your site (Uccle or Berkendael).
You will then receive a link to the withdrawal form* to complete online.

*The form should NOT be filled in by parents of P5 pupils enrolled at BRK who will transfer to another European School in S1.
Once the form has been duly completed, you will receive a confirmation email summarising the information provided.
⚠️ The withdrawal will not be effective until the form has been submitted.
However, in the event of unauthorised absence for more than 15 consecutive days, the pupil shall be deemed to have left the school (Art. 30.3.b of the General Rules of the European Schools).
Reminder of the General rules of the ES
In accordance with Article 52.6. of the General Rules of the European Schools, “the school attendance certificate will not be issued until all objects belonging to the school, notably borrowed library books, have been returned and any outstanding bills paid.”.

External services are not managed by the school. If you have subscribed to external services (canteen, transport, after-school activities, childcare, lockers, etc.), it is essential that you contact the service providers directly to inform them of your child’s departure.
