2021 Application Cycle  

Timeline For October 15 Candidates: Oxford, Cambridge, Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Science  

 

March 6th– 5th June	Weekly meetings in preparation for entrance examinations, personal statements and interviews.
May 23rd	2021 cycle opens: students can register with UCAS, choose their UCAS advisor and start to complete their online application form.
3rd July – 6th September	First draft of the personal statement must be completed and given to the ucas advisor before Friday 15th June. Application forms for the 2021 cycle can be submitted from 8th September.
21st September	Deadline for registering for an October UCAS invoice
1st October	School deadline for completing the application form and personal statement for October 15th entry. Deadline for registering for entrance examinations at normal cost.
Thursday 15th October	UCAS deadline for completing the application form and late-entry deadline for the entrance examinations.  Note: students taking UKCAT and LNAT examinations must book these examinations personally and arrange to take these at a registered testing centre.
22nd October	Cambridge SAQ deadline
Wednesday  4th November	Pre-Interview Assessments for Oxford, Cambridge and the BMAT.
9th – 27th   November	Mock Panel Interviews

 

Timeline For January 15 Candidates: Standard UCAS Applications 

 

 

May 23rd	2021 cycle opens: students can register with UCAS, choose their UCAS advisor and start to complete their online application form.
8th September	Forms can be sent from the 8th of September. For students who start to complete their form in September, we recommend that the application form and PS should be completed before the end of the All Saints vacation, Sunday 1st November.
Friday 27th November	Deadline for registering for a January UCAS invoice
Friday 4th December	School deadline for UCAS applications. After this date we cannot guarantee writing a full academic reference with comments from each of your teachers.
Monday January 15th	Final UCAS deadline for applications. Universities are not obliged to consider applications that are submitted after this date.

 

 

There are also two important deadlines for candidates with offers: 

 

1st May	Deadline for accepting offers if all offers received by 31st March.
6th June	Deadline for accepting offers if all offers received by 2nd May
