This year, the Italian section of primary EEBI joined the Turandot project together with other linguistic sections from the European schools of Woluwe EEB2, Ixelles EEB3, and Belgian schools of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre.
This is an innovative project with the primary objective of creating a new audience by educating the new generations to know and appreciate the performing arts better, with particular regards to the Opera. In close collaboration with the schools, it will stimulate audience development by engaging children and their families with the Opera, attracting the interest of children.
The method is easy to learn and really fun! Children and teachers are enthusiastic about the activities being performed and invite all interested people to attend to the next rehearsal after the Christmas break (please contact the teachers of the Italian Primary section or firstname.lastname@example.org).
The project is set up by the association « Europa InCanto » and in Brussels, it is organised in collaboration with « Le Piccole Canaglie ».
With the support of the APEEE.
